As Director of Communications, Ashleigh oversees the marketing, promotions and branding of HumanKind as a whole. Through these efforts, she coordinates marketing for all of the programs to demonstrate need, tell a story, and show the impact the organization has in the community and beyond. In addition, she provides oversight to the Development Department and fundraising strategies for HumanKind.
Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University, Masters in Historic Preservation from Boise State University.
Experience: Prior to joining the HumanKind team, Ashleigh was the Director of Marketing at Amazement Square children’s museum and the Director of Marketing and Design for Neighborhood Housing Services in Boise, Idaho. She also served as the Marketing Coordinator and Interior Designer for Trout Architects/Chartered and the Lead Designer and Operations Manager for Founders Kitchen and Bath in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ashleigh is married with two children, enjoys just being a mom, volunteering in the community, traveling, and being a sports fan with a serious focus on baseball, college basketball and football. Whenever free time becomes available again, reading and gardening may return.
